- 2009 - SLRCAP serves as Presenting Sponsor for the 1st annual Eco Expo event at the St. Louis Science Center.
- 2009 - SLRCAP begins outreach to sustainability contacts at St. Louis area community colleges and university.
- 2009 - The number of CACs and ETCs support SLRCAP rises above 1,300.
- 2008 - The Partnership is recognized as a finalist for the St. Louis Business Journal’s Heroes of the Planet award.
- 2008 – The number of CACs and ETCs supporting The Partnership grows to 1,000+
- 2008 – The number of commuters carpooling and vanpooling with RideFinders soars past 8,000.
- 2008 - The region gets through the entire air quality forecasting season with no red air quality days.
- 2007 – The Partnership launches the I-64 Clean Air Challenge with a press conference at the Brentwood/I-64 MetroLink station, which generated significant media coverage valued at more than $30,000.
- 2006 – The region gets through the entire air quality forecasting season with no red air quality days.
- 2006 - The City Museum signs on as a new partner.
- 2005 – The U.S Environmental Protection Agency honors The Partnership with its Children’s Environmental Health Recognition Award for its commitment to protecting children from environmental health risks.
- 2004 – Region reports zero orange or red air quality days
- 2004 – The St. Louis Cardinals, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, UMB Bank Pavilion, the St. Louis Zoo and Sigma Aldrich sign on as new partners.
- 2004 – The Best Workplaces for Commuters program debuts and 26 area companies are recognized for their efforts to promote commuting alternatives to their employees.
- 2004 – The “Clean Air Chronicles” online newsletter debuts.
- 2002 – The Partnership is awarded the Focus St. Louis “What’s Right with the Region” award.
- 2002 – The Partnership is awarded the Governor’s Environmental Excellence and Pollution Prevention Award in the ‘Statewide Excellence and Education’ and ‘Outreach’ categories.
- 2001 – Local day care centers and hospitals are added to the daily air quality alert network.
- 2001 – The region gets through the entire air quality forecasting season with no red air quality days.
- 2000 – The Clean Air Pass debuts and sells out during the first week of availability.
- 2000 – Local high schools call daily for air quality forecasts to decide when to schedule athletic events and practices.
- 1999 – AQ Card sales top 15,000 with more than a month of sales to go.
- 1999 – The Partnership begins providing free e-mail health alerts to concerned residents.
- 1998 – Schnucks Markets signs on as a member of The Partnership.
- 1998 – The Partnership’s website debuts.
- 1998- Air quality awareness in the region reaches over 75%.
- 1996 – The AQ Card Program is developed through the American Lung Association, KMOV-TV and the Bi-State Development Agency.
- 1996 – The Partnership earns EPA Region 7’s Pollution Prevention award.
- 1996 – The Science Center begins displaying the air quality forecast on its highway overpass.
- 1996 – MoDOT and IDOT begin displaying the air quality forecast on solar-powered message boards across the region
- 1995 – The Partnership is formed.
- 1994 – The region’s first and official air quality forecast, the News 4 Gateway Aircast, is formed.
